My work looks to art history to explore moments of feminine strength, often with a whimsical spirit. Collage and different materials are used to convey fantastical compositions and narratives with outsider art and figurative art being influences. 
Focusing on powerful and historic female figures that draw on Mythological and historical stories to challenge the roles that are typically associated to gendered bodies.
